At Elite Custom Tees, every item is custom‑made on demand. Because each product is created specifically for your order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or design preferences.
No Returns or Refunds on Custom Orders
All products sold by Elite Custom Tees are custom‑printed or personalized. Once an order is placed and production begins, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except in the limited situations described below.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are responsible for reviewing your design, size, color, and quantity before submitting your order.

We are not liable for customer‑provided artwork that contains errors, low resolution, or unauthorized content.

No refunds or credits will be issued for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, or change of mind.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure your custom apparel meets the highest quality standards. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match your approved design, please contact us immediately.
To qualify for a replacement or refund under this exception:

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description.
Once we verify the issue, we will, at our discretion:

Re‑print the item at no cost, or

Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
We do not require you to return defective items unless the item is unusually large or valuable; if a return is needed, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Cancellations
Because production begins immediately after you place your order:

Cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of purchase and only if the order has not yet entered production.

To request a cancellation, call the location where you placed your order or email us immediately.
In‑Store Purchases
If you purchased a custom item at one of our physical locations (Grapevine Mills Mall or Stonebriar Centre), the same policy applies: no refunds or exchanges for custom‑made items.
For ready‑made (non‑custom) merchandise, we offer a 7‑day exchange for store credit, provided the item is unused, with original tags and proof of purchase. Customized items are excluded.
