Welcome to Elite Custom Tees. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Elite Custom Tees, a business operating from two locations in Texas. Elite Custom Tees operates this website and related services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide custom‑printed apparel and related products. Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to offer these Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services, including any content, features, tools, and products offered. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”). We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Once the carrier takes possession of your order, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Elite Custom Tees is powered by Shopify. Any sales you make through our online store are made directly with Elite Custom Tees. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Elite Custom Tees, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with Elite Custom Tees.
Section 10 – Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, your information may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read both policies.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR‑FREE.
Section 17 – Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELITE CUSTOM TEES, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Section 18 – Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Custom Tees, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your use of the Services.
Section 19 – Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 20 – Waiver; Entire Agreement
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right. These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Elite Custom Tees and supersede any prior agreements.

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them without notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
Section 24 – Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
